- provide clear findings and meaningful implications
Articles that are purely descriptive, opinion-based, or lack data-driven analysis are not considered.

Narrative literature reviews without a systematic method are not accepted.
SCHOLARLY CONTRIBUTION
Each manuscript must demonstrate at least one clear contribution:
- new findings based on empirical data
- critical evaluation of a practice, program, or policy
- a model, strategy, or approach that can be applied
- a structured synthesis of previous studies (for SLR)

For studies in local contexts:
- explain what can be learned by other contexts
- show how the findings can be adapted, compared, or transferred
A manuscript is acceptable if it has one strong and clearly explained contribution, even if other aspects are still developing.
